    1T中频炉钢壳结构说明

    1T中频炉:电源部分由中频电源柜、电容器柜、水冷电缆、操作台及连接铜排等组成;机械部分由炉体、固定架、水电引入系统、液压装置、操作台及炉衬顶出装置等组成。

    A,  1T中频炉炉体:

    炉架采用框架加钢桶式结构,具有结构简单、强度高、便于安装的优点。其内装有磁轭、感应器、炉衬材料等。炉体以滑动轴承座及轴而倾动,炉体的倾动由两个液压缸驱动,通过操作台上的多路换向阀进行操作,可在任意一角度停留,极限转角为95°。感应器采用紫铜管绕制,由工作线圈和水冷线圈组成,水冷线圈起到了均衡炉衬侧壁温度、提高炉衬寿命的作用。感应器外侧的条形磁轭由硅钢片叠制而成,用以约束磁力线的发散,并且起到顶紧线圈的作用。在磁轭的径向用螺栓压紧。这样,感应器、磁轭、与炉架三者构成一牢固的整体。

    B,  1T中频炉固定架:

    固定架为三角框架结构,由型钢和板材焊接而成,固定架通过地脚螺栓与基础连为一体。

    固定架除承受炉子的全部静载外,在炉子旋转、炉衬顶出时,还需承受全部的动载荷。

    C,  1T中频炉炉体的水电引入系统方式

    1T中频炉的感应器的电流通过水冷电缆输入。感应器铜管及水冷电缆内均通有冷却水,炉子总进水管上装有一只电接点压力表,用于监测水压及水压过低时报警;感应线圈各出水支路上装有双金属温度计,用于冷却水过温报警。冷却水温升按GB10067.1-88之规定:进水温度小于35°C, 温升不大于20°C

    D, 1T中频炉液压系统:

    三台炉子配一台液压站,两个操作台。用于控制炉体倾转,每台炉子可单独起动。

    F,  液压装置:

    液压装置工作介质为抗磨液压油,其工作原理见“液压原理图”

    E,  操作台:

    操作台主要由多路手控换向阀、油泵启、停按纽、指示灯及箱体组成。操纵阀柄便可实现炉体的倾动。

    A, 1T induction melting furnace body:

    The hob adopts a frame plus steel barrel structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, high strength and easy installation. It is equipped with a yoke, an inductor, a lining material, and the like. The furnace body is tilted by the sliding bearing seat and the shaft. The tilting of the furnace body is driven by two hydraulic cylinders. It can be operated at any angle through the multi-way reversing valve on the operating table, and the limit rotation angle is 95 °. The inductor is made of copper tube and consists of a working coil and a water-cooled coil. The water-cooled coil plays a role in balancing the sidewall temperature of the lining and improving the life of the lining. The strip yoke on the outside of the inductor is formed by stacking silicon steel sheets to restrain the divergence of magnetic lines of force and to act as a tight coil. The bolt is pressed in the radial direction of the yoke. In this way, the inductor, the yoke, and the hob form a solid whole.

    B, 1T induction melting furnace holder:

    The fixing frame is a triangular frame structure, which is welded by steel and plate. The fixing frame is integrated with the foundation through anchor bolts.

    In addition to the full static load of the furnace, the fixed frame must withstand all dynamic loads when the furnace is rotated and the furnace lining is ejected.

    C, 1T induction melting furnace body water and electricity introduction system mode :

    The current of the inductor of the 1T induction melting furnace is input through a water-cooled cable. There are cooling water in the copper tube and the water-cooled cable of the inductor. An electric contact pressure gauge is installed on the main inlet pipe of the furnace to monitor the water pressure and the water pressure is low. The bimetal thermometer is installed on each water branch of the induction coil. For cooling water over temperature alarm. Cooling water temperature rose by GB10067.1-88 basis: inlet temperature of less than 35 [deg.] C, the temperature rise is no greater than 20 is [deg.] .

    D, 1T induction melting furnace hydraulic system:

    Three furnaces are equipped with one hydraulic station and two operating stations. It is used to control the tilting of the furnace body, and each furnace can be started separately.

    F,  hydraulic device:

    The working medium of the hydraulic device is anti-wear hydraulic oil. For the working principle, see “Hydraulic Schematic”.

    E ,  console:

    The operation console is mainly composed of multi-channel manual control reversing valve, oil pump start, stop button, indicator light and box body. The tilting of the furnace body can be achieved by manipulating the valve handle.
